Africa has been part of my life, not simply a destination I plan. I have lived in Botswana, Tanzania and South Africa, managed luxury lodges and spent years experiencing the continent both as a traveller and alongside the people who call it home.

The right safari is not about choosing the most famous camp or fitting as many places as possible into one itinerary. It is knowing where to go, when to travel, how long to stay and which camps will suit the way you and your family like to experience the world.
