Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before engaging the services of Landi Burns ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By using the services of the Company, you ("Client," "You," or "Your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided:
1.1. The Company offers travel advisory and planning services, which may include destination recommendations, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, activity planning, and related services.
1.2. You understand and acknowledge that the Company acts as an intermediary and advisor and does not directly provide travel services.
Advisor's Expertise:
2.1. The Company's Travel Advisors are experienced professionals with knowledge of various travel destinations. However, the ultimate travel decisions are made by you.
2.2. While the Company endeavours to provide accurate information and recommendations, you are responsible for verifying the details of your travel arrangements.
Client Obligations:
3.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the Company, including travel preferences, requirements, and any special requests.
3.2. You must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and travel requirements, including obtaining necessary visas, inoculations, passports, and travel insurance.
Booking and Payments:
4.1. Bookings and reservations for travel services will be made based on your preferences and budget as communicated to the Company.
4.2. All payments for travel services are made directly to the vendors and suppliers related to specific bookings. The Company does not accept direct payments for travel services other than the concierge fee.
4.3. A proposal will only be forwarded once the concierge fee of USD 200 per person is paid.
Changes and Cancellations:
5.1. Any changes to travel arrangements, including cancellations, must be communicated to the Company as soon as possible.
5.2. Changes and cancellations may be subject to fees or penalties imposed by travel suppliers and are specified in the proposed itinerary.
Travel Suppliers:
6.1. The Company works with various travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. You acknowledge that the terms and conditions of these suppliers may apply to your travel arrangements.
6.2. The Company is not liable for any actions or omissions of travel suppliers, including delays, cancellations, or changes to travel itineraries.
Liability and Indemnification:
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your travel arrangements, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or property loss.
7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your travel, including claims against travel suppliers.
Confidentiality:
8.1. The Company will protect your personal information and travel preferences in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Termination:
9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate its services to you if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
9.2. You may terminate your relationship with the Company at any time by providing written notice.
Governing Law:
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
